Anti-Aging Games (“AAG” or “Company”) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of certain information collected about the users and visitors ("user," "you" or "your") of Company’s website (“Site” or "Website"). The following privacy and information practices policy discloses and describes what Personal Information Company may gather about you, how Company may use such Personal Information, and how you can correct or change such information ("Privacy Policy" or “Policy”). AAG-affiliated researchers may analyze all personal information from our site. Personally Identifying information will be given to non -AAG-affiliated researchers only if you opt-in for research studies or surveys and each research study or survey will have its own privacy policy.  We may share aggregated non-personal information with third parties outside of AAG.
With respect to sharing of information not related to research, testing, evaluation, refinement, and customization, Company only shares private information such as email address with companies or individuals outside of Company in the following circumstances:

If Company becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice before personal information is subject to a different privacy policy after the transfer of assets.

In connection with those Services, you are deemed to consent to us sharing your information with third  parties who provide Services such as research, testing, or analysis, processing of credit card transactions, customer service, promotion administration, or order fulfillment, as applicable.
Third parties who provide, or participate in, Services on Company sites are prohibited from using our customers' Personal Information for marketing purposes and/or from sharing, selling, or otherwise using such information, unless you choose to opt in to marketing, sharing, or other uses by the third parties. You can opt out marketing lists and email lists by accessing the controls in the Your Account section of the website or in the case email subscriptions, clicking on the Unsubscribe link in the email.
