Anti-Aging Games (“AAG” or “Company”) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of certain information collected about the users and visitors ("user," "you" or "your") of Company’s website (“Site” or "Website"). The following privacy and information practices policy discloses and describes what Personal Information Company may gather about you, how Company may use such Personal Information, and how you can correct or change such information ("Privacy Policy" or “Policy”). This Policy applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by The Company, Inc. or its subsidiaries (collectively, “Company”) or affiliated companies ("Partners").

• Why We Collect Personal Information

We collect Personal Information to ensure that you, the customer, have a superior experience when visiting our sites and to improve our games and system.

• Personal Information We Collect

As used in this Policy, "Personal Information," “Personally Identifying Information,” and “PII” mean any of the following types of information:

• Information you provide - When you sign up for a Anti-Aging Games account or other service or promotion that requires registration, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address and an account password). For certain goods and services, we also request credit card or other payment account information which is maintained in encrypted form on secure servers.  We may combine the information you submit under your account with information from other Company services or third parties in order to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services.  For certain services, we may give you the opportunity to opt out of combining such information.
• AntiAgingGames.com cookies - When you visit AntiAgingGames.com, we may send one or more cookies or other technology to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser.  We use cookies to improve the quality of our service by storing user preferences and tracking user trends, such as how people search our site.  Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some Company features and services may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.  Company never saves passwords or credit card information in its cookies.
• Log information - When you use Company services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your search request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.  With respect to Internet Protocol addresses, Company collects them for the following purposes: (1) helping Company diagnose and resolve problems with its main computers; (2) administering its systems and this Website; (3) research, testing, evaluation, customization, and refinement; (4)reporting aggregated anonymous information to its business partners and network service providers; and (5) auditing the use of this Website.
• User communications - When you send e-mail, feedback, testimonial, or other communication to Company, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. All communications are deemed public unless specifically and clearly marked as Private.
• Public content. You can contribute to the Site in a number of different ways, including writing reviews, uploading photos, participating in talk threads, sending feedback. ratings, testimonials, or comments, filling out your public profile, and voting on other users' contributions. We may store these contributions (your "Public Content"), display them to other users, and use them for promotional purposes in an unlimited manner in perpetuity. Note that if you include personally identifiable information in your Public Content, it can be used and viewed by others. We are not responsible for the information you choose to include in your Public Content.
• Affiliated sites - We may offer some of our services in connection with other web sites.  Personal information that you provide to those sites may be sent to Company in order to deliver the service. We process such information in accordance with this Policy. The affiliated sites may have different privacy practices and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
• Links - Company may present links in a format that enables us to keep track of whether these links have been followed. We use this information to improve the quality of our search technology, customized content and advertising.
• Other sites - This Privacy Policy applies to websites and services that are owned and operated by Company. We do not exercise control over the sites displayed as search results or links from within our various services. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you.

 

• How We Use Personal Data

We use data in the following ways:

• AAG use and AAG-affiliated research. All data may be used with AAG-affiliates for research, testing, data analysis, evaluation, quality assurance, market research, site maintenance, information processing, customization, and refinement and for general research. We may contact you for educational, promotional, technical and customer service, site maintenance, quality assurance, and service improvement reasons.
• Public Content. If you post content for public view on the Site, or send us feedback, testimonials, email, or other communications not clearly and explicitly marked as Private, we may use this information for unrestricted use in perpetuity including but not limited to promotional material and may combine this information with your first name and last initial, city, state, country, age, and/or other demographics. We may also distribute such combined information to a wider audience by sharing it (or portions of it) with third parties so that they can publish it on their own websites and media platforms. We may ask them to credit you as the source of these contributions by including your screen name, profile photo, abbreviated name (first name and last initial), location, or age. To keep testimonials, feedback, and email private and confidential, clearly mark each one as Private and we will keep it confidential. To keep your other information (such as photos or full name) private, do not upload private information or files to our site and do not use your full name in your screen name. Some or many of our features and services may not work if you do not share public information.
• Third party service providers. We may use third parties to provide technical and customer support, perform tracking and reporting functions, conduct quality assurance testing, perform payment processing and provide other services in connection with the Site. We may share information about you with them so that they can perform the services they are required to perform, but they are not permitted to use your personal information other than to provide the services requested by you.
• Third party advertising. Third parties serve some of the ads on the Site. We do not send any individualized personal information to them, but they may have access to information that they obtain through cookies or that you share with them yourself. • Marketing Affiliates. If you have opted into the Marketing Partners communications, Company will share offers from marketing partners and/or affiliates but they will not be able to retain your email address through us. To opt-out simply visit the Your Account page and use the opt-out function.
• Other third parties outside of AAG. We may share aggregated non-personal information with third parties outside of AAG. Your email address is private and confidential and will never be given to any parties outside of AAG without your consent. 

In addition to the above:

• We may use personally identifying information to provide the services you've requested, including services that display customized content and advertising.
• We may also use personally identifying information for auditing, evaluating, testing, research, analysis, and customization to operate and improve AAG technologies and services and products, the development of new services, and for general and specific research.  We may also use such information for ensuring the technical functioning of our network.
• Performance data or other inputs derived or obtained from Your use of Company’s Services will be maintained by Company until you explicitly request deletion of such data; this applies even after you have Terminated our contractual relationship.  Company is not obligated to use or store such Performance data.

Company processes personal information on our servers in the United States of America and in other countries. In some cases, we may process personal information on a server outside of the United States. We may process personal information to provide our own services. In some cases, we may process personal information on behalf of and according to the instructions of a third party, such as our service providers, vendors, partners, advertising partners, or independent contractor team.

• Your Choices For Personal Information

When you sign up for a particular service that requires registration, we ask you to provide personal information. If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.
If we propose to use personal information for any purposes other than those described in this Policy and/or in the specific service notices, we will offer you an effective way to opt out of the use of personal information for those other purposes.You can stop the delivery of future promotional e-mail from Company by following the specific instructions in the e-mail you receive.  You may also have the option of proactively making choices about the receipt of promotional e-mail, telephone calls, and postal mail from particular Company sites or services by clicking Account Preferences. You can decline to submit personal information to any of our services, in which case Company may not be able to provide those services to you and has no obligation to do so.

• Information sharing

AAG-affiliated researchers may analyze all personal information from our site. Personally Identifying information will be given to non -AAG-affiliated researchers only if you opt-in for research studies or surveys and each research study or survey will have its own privacy policy.  We may share aggregated non-personal information with third parties outside of AAG.
With respect to sharing of information not related to research, testing, evaluation, refinement, and customization, Company only shares private information such as email address with companies or individuals outside of Company in the following circumstances:

• We have your consent. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of your email with marketing partners. Any testimonials, feedback, email, or other submission marked as "Private" will be kept private to the degree possible by the law.
• We provide such information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf.
• We have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Company, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.

If Company becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice before personal information is subject to a different privacy policy after the transfer of assets.

• Categories of Third Parties

Subject to Section 5 and the exceptions below, we will not share your personal information with third parties without your approval.
We may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as the number of users who searched for a particular term, for example, or how many users clicked on a particular advertisement. Such information does not identify you individually.  Company also displays targeted advertisements based on personal information but does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad.
Categories of third parties with whom Company may share your Personal Information include parties contracted to provide some Services on our sites. In connection with those Services, you are deemed to consent to us sharing your information with third  parties who provide Services such as research, testing, or analysis, processing of credit card transactions, customer service, promotion administration, or order fulfillment, as applicable.
Third parties who provide, or participate in, Services on Company sites are prohibited from using our customers' Personal Information for marketing purposes and/or from sharing, selling, or otherwise using such information, unless you choose to opt in to marketing, sharing, or other uses by the third parties. If you do not want your information to be used for marketing (or other purposes unrelated to the provision of Company Services) by a third party who participates in a Service on one of our sites, do not opt in to such use by that third party when you register to participate in the Service and read third parties' privacy policies.

We either directly or indirect through our vendors and affiliates, take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.  These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
We restrict access to personal information to Company employees, contractors and agents who have a need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality agreements and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

Company processes personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Policy or any applicable service-specific privacy notice.  We review our data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the personal information needed to provide or improve our services.  We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.

• Accessing And Updating Personal Information

When you use Company services, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes.  We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required.  In any case where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort.  Some of our services have different procedures to access, correct or delete users' personal information. • How Can You Control the Use of Information?

You can opt out marketing lists and email lists by accessing the controls in the Your Account section of the website or in the case email subscriptions, clicking on the Unsubscribe link in the email.
